CAFE MEDINA VANCOUVER

CAFE MEDINA, VANCOUVER

Cafe Medina is my favourite brunch spot in Vancouver. Best coffee creations (especially the lavender + chocolate syrup) , best waffles, best atmosphere, best staff, best everything. They know and value good food, and plate it exceptionally well. My favourite off the brunch menu is the  Paella, which consists curried orzo, Hungarian chorizo, zucchini, red  pepper, roasted corn, grano padano, watercress, tomatoes, avocado, and a baked egg. The waffles with the raspberry caramel sauce is also exceptional!  If you want something a little different, come here. This place is pretty hip though, so make sure to avoid those popular eating times if you want to get in right away!
